RIP Jazz
My cat Jazz, one of my favorite photo subjects, passed away last night.
Sad to see him go.

It really was. I can only warn against getting a Maine Coon cat from a
hobbyist cattery. They are prone to a hereditary heart condition called
hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). We weren't aware of this at the time
we got him. Serious catteries test their cats before letting them have
little ones. Ours didn't.
