We went to Yellowstone and Rocky Mt Natl Park this year. Took about 3 weeks in a little 14ft KZ camper. Cozy.

Anyway, got a lot of good shots. Here are a few:

I really like the m42 135/2.5. Nice rendering. and the F* 300/4.0 never disappoints.

Got back yesterday. Slept soundly. (I hate driving.) Today is unpacking day.

The arsenal for the K1 II is …

135/2.5

F70-210/4

A200/4

77/1.8

300/4.5

K50/1.2

for the A7rII…

24-105G and any K lens

In retrospect, I am a bit disappointed in the 77. While it’s fine in most respects I’m not a fan of the pincushion of the Limited series. Still haven’t come to the point where it’s ok for a lens to come up optically short but fix it with PS and that is ok.

The 70-210 & 200 proved “good” as always but seem best when used in the 20-60 foot range for best results.

The image rendering of the 135/2.5 is worth the price of the lens, whether you get the K or m42 version.

The 50/1.2 surprised me.
