Nice gallery, with lots of excellent images.  Thanks again for keeping the
momentum of the PUG, Brian!

In my view, the best image is Paul's "Lookout Studio."
The lighting is spectacular, and it well conveys the beauty of a place I
have visited and admired.  {Where's the road?  <G>)

Among those that m ore diredctly reflect the theme of the month, my
favorite is Henk's "Bike on the Dike."  Beautiful scene and strong
composition.
I also really like "Sheep on the Road," by Reinhard Sy.  This image brings
back memories of similar roads -- and similar sheep -- in Ireland.

Before anyone asks - yes, some of you may you have seen my image before
(it was a PUG entry 14 years ago).  But this is a slightly different crop
that I think is an improvement.

That image from Dan Mayola sure looks familiar!

Back when I was working in Mountain View (some 20 years ago now)
that is the view I would have had when I was halfway home if I
took Hwy 101 instead of Hwy 85.

Of course it wasn't often that there was a chance to see snow...

John, I thought you and Larry would recognize that road!  This was taken in
February, which accounts for the snow on the mountain top.

Dan -

Thanks for the compliments.  i couldn't find anything interesting that
had an actual road in it so I had to go with the Willie Nelson
definition of "On the Road".  😉

Thanks Dan for your comments.
Very amusing and interesting pictures this month.
I like in particular Paul's 'Lookout Studio' as well as the desolate
landscape of Ann's picture 'Into the Wild'.
