Had rotator cuff surgery ... again. Other shoulder. Left, 6 years ago. Right, this year. Knees acting up. That's what I get for turning 70.
But the good news is that we have a bald eagle nesting within a mile. Some morning soon I'm going to head down to his hunting route for morning pics. 300/4.5 should do the trick.

I'm down to maybe 1/10th of that. Which would be alright if I could claim some Cartier-Bressonesque level of output. No such luck. I need a firecracker up my fundament but it would need to be of thermonuclear proportions to have any effect, I think.
