A large Cactus in bloom at the Phalaborwa Mall caught my eye. Cacti are
alien plants in SA but a lot of people grow then, often mixed with
indigenous Aloes.

Very nice! The composition and DOF are just right.
Flowering cacti are always intriguing, combining as they do beautiful soft flowers and vicious sharp spikes—a metaphor for life generally, I suppose.
