Zero Pentax content, but some may be interested in our latest video about a 1908 gaff-rigged cutter called Golden Vanity, newly refitted and sailing in southern England.

Camera was a Sony F3 and mostly Nikkor 17-35/2.8 but a bit of Canon 24-105/4 as well

Running time about 13 minutes.

Cheers all

The link in this takes me to YouTube.  I may have clicked on the wrong
link(?) or not.  I'm going to take 12 minutes and watch the vid.

Peter, I think the problem is at your end. The video I posted has zero to do with Facebook - it is a Youtube link and needs no login of any kind to view.

If it’s taking you to a Facebook login page, I suggest you examine your settings!

The video can be found by going to Youtube and searching ‘Tom Cunliffe Yachts and Yarns’ and then selecting ‘videos’ and seeing the latest offering….

Cheers

One of the regulars in my music circle played with Pete Seeger back during his
college days (1950s).

He passed last year. Stroke, not Covid, but we weren't allowed to visit him at
the end because of the quarantine.

I'm hoping Covid hasn't been the end of our music circle, but we also lost our
meeting place during the shutdown, so even though the restrictions are easing we
have no place to go.

Sorry to see that John, and about your friend that passed.

I was discussing the pandemic with a friend and we both think that the ramifications of it will last one entire decade. EG it will be 2030 before people start saying ‘oh yeah the coronavirus - man that was a shit time’……

My condolences. I hope you find a new venue. Perhaps a school or church might step up.
