Extensive alterations are in progress at the house opposite mine. Much internal demolition has taken place over the past two weeks and all the rubble dumped n the roadside. Today (at last!) a contractor with two trucks & a front end loader arrived to take it to the dump. Two large trees were also removed & quickly cutt up & sold for firewood.
