stand alone pano - it appeared on my screen that way when I zoomed in to
try and see the leaves..
Haven't got the new computer active yet .. I'm go ign from a 22" to a
27" this should happen on Wed.. getting some young windows savvy hands
on my keyboard..

These are two small microphones dangling from their cables. I use them
to record everything of interest, from celebrating Turkish soccer fans
and summer storms to fireworks.

Ralf - I quite liked this one:

was it just wind or were you at the seashore? ( I have a white noise
machine that gives me ocean waves to fall asleep to.. soothing)
the others were torture to my ears... as I have somewhat similar outsid
mey window too!.
but here is a vid of mine with my photos and my conversation with a farm
worker in Oklahoma.. recorded on a mini tape recorder then
copied to a cd and from a cd to a music track on my vid made in movie
maker and saved as mp4 for youtube. I made the vid for fun because
I had accidentally left the recorder on when I had gone to investicate
the scene you see in the stills and there is quite a bit of my walking
on gravel
in it. That reminded me of an old Jack Benny routine from the radio
days where all you hear is him walking and wlaking and walking down to the
vault he keeps his money in . The photos and tape recordings were made
in 2001 - in October.
Note to all of you.. still photos are fuji negative film and a Pentax LX
that one of our own bought from me in 2004 at GFM..
here is that link:

so much I planned to do with all the recordings I made on that trip.. of
two months duration that hasnt gotten done.
And I have a transcript of that tape.. which is probably better for
understanding what ws actually learned about the
sorghum if anyone is interested I can send in document form.
