Yesterday there was a gentle on-and-off rain most of the day. I borrowed my wife’s weather-resistant lens and took my camera for a walk around the neighborhood.

It’s been a bit soggy here today too, but I have my own weatherproof lens so I didn’t need to borrow your wife’s.

enjoyed both of your soggy day sets fellas ... pretty much what we have
had here yesterday and this morning..  haven't done any photography
to document it, but the photo I put in of the January PUG tells the same
story.. appears to have been a very appropriate topic.

I didn't need a waterproof lens for my PUG entry either since I took it
through my window :-)

Great shots. I particularly like the little square in the second one.

What a nice little series.

We've just had a short but intense shower. Even satellite reception was
gone for a few minutes.

I call that a "quality of mercy" rain, per Antonio's self-defense in The Merchant of Venice. We had one here (SF), too - musta been a very broad front. Oh, and we had a king tide at 1000 as well - +7 feet to more than -2 feet.

ObPhoto: here's a mood shot of one of my favorite things as it came out of the camera, on approach to Pier 40 to pick up a group from BAADS - https://www.baads.org/ - for an afternoon on the bay.
