At a given time on a given day - I think there was a small leeway. Maybe an hour each side? I thought it had something to do with "World Photography Day", August 19. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O._P._Sharma_(photographer)#World_Photography_Day It's kind of hard to pick a TIME agreeable for everyone, because when it's DAY here in the U.S. it's NIGHT in much of Asia & Africa ... some people would have to get up way too damn early in the morning and some would have to stay up to late at night. I think Synchronicity predated World Photography Day. Because of the time differences I think we took an honesty-box approach and asked people to do it as near as possible given their circumstances to the equinoctially decisive moment. Anyway, I had a think about possible subjects some time ago, so here are some suggestions.
