Funny you say that.  I did not move to Texas specifically to see the
eclipse.  I moved to Austin about 25 years ago from pennsylvania.  But
we did purchase this land in 2018 after having searched for some ranch
land for two decades.  We had seen the eclipse of 2017, having driven
up to Tennessee with my father who had turned 90 and my wife, daughter
and grandkids, so we had a bunch of generations together to see it.
Much to my surprise, I realized a year or so after we purchased the
land in 2018 that it was literally going to be close to dead center of
the 2024 eclipse.

Funny you say that. I did not move to Texas specifically to see the eclipse. I moved to Austin about 25 years ago from pennsylvania.
