I have a similar thing that I bought as an accessory to the Valoi kit. You attach it to the slot you push the slide through, but I think I might now prefer the way he used it. Looks more pro.

It says you can't use it on mounted slides. My lyin' eyes...

I had one at one time. It was a gift from my local Fuji rep when they
installed the first Minilab I worked with in 1986. I'm not sure what
happened to it.

It would have been handy for my slide digitizing project.

find the images that haven't already been scanned, then go back and do
them individually.
