It's been 4 months now since I reached out to Frank via emails with no reply. Emails did not bounce so it looks like he is still off the grid Also, don't ask me why I thought of this but its driving me nuts, anyone remember the nut job from London Ontario that said he was a teacher but went postal on people on the list with death threats and all.
