Looks like you may be having a problem where you can't see your own posts, which prompts you to hit send again. In the past, I dealt with that by having a second email account that receives PDML posts. If I can't see my own post and don't get an outright error message saying my post was rejected, I check the other account to see if it has received what I sent.
