Regret to inform you, Ralf, but we had a wonderful time. The museums we wanted to visit were in Brussels, Ghent and Bruges, and they wouldn't move them so those are the places we went. During the only time frame in which we were free to travel.

Nothing in the French-speaking part? They have by far the more beautiful landscape. Gent is yet more of Brussels and Brugge is the world capital of overtourism.
Sorry, but why go where everyone else goes, especially now in summer?
