Finally getting back to shooting a few birds. A nice morning here, so I sat outside for a bit. The pair of Cardinals are either expecting or doing amazing ritual, but the male has a seed that he will give to the female. The last one is a white throated sparrow. I only see these in spring. I think they go further north for the summer.
Very nice text book images, Paul. Summer should bring plenty more.
We are slowly moving into the cooler part of the year (thank goodness!).
The Swallows & others have already left.

Beautiful these birds and well captured. Over here we only have these
cardinals in cages.

What Henk and Alan said! I have always enjoyed your bird photos.
I’m particularly fond of white throated sparrows for their song. Philly isn’t in their range, so I con’t hear their song until we go to a New Hampshire lake for a vacation during the summer. That’s my “happy place,” and this bird contributes to my enjoyment.
