Very nice, but I don’t think that’s bokeh, I think ti’s motion blur. Notice how there are places where the blur is at the same distance as some sharp bits.

No motion blur and to be precise it's hot, swirling, air that creates the
effect. Enhanced a little by the sharpen ai filter in post.

I think if it were my image, I'd mask the "sharpen ai filter" from everything
except for the Stork.
Sharpen the stork, but it doesn't help the rest of the image.

The sharpen filter is minimal. The hot air acts as a lens rendering
parts unsharp or, if you look at the birds beak, distorted.
I like the effect in this shot, most of the time it's a nuisance.
