Following up on the recent discussion here about what is "art,' there is
an  interesting case between Hermes and and an NFT artist over whether
using Hermes bags in an NFT violates the trademark rights of Hermes or is a
free-standing work of art, (consisting entirely of images of Birkin purses).

It appears art in the NFT age is becoming whatever one can rip off. Note
the NFT trading cards put out recently by a failed reality TV star that
consisted almost entirely of stolen images.
