PESO: mushroom season

Thanks Ann and bedankt Toine.
Last year I had a brief course in mushrooms. In the field the instructor 
was chewing on almost every mushroom and then spitting it out.
I'm hesitant to do this and I've only learned that determination is very 
difficult.
