I stayed briefly at a very budget Super 8 motel in New Orleans recently.
The neighborhood was a bit sketchy.
The adjacent building was... ghm.. vacant...
The front of it, as seen on Google Maps doesn't have anything special:,-90.0143005,3a,75y,146h,90t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1suXFRUCoaFKOyMvyruP-PEA!2e0!!7i13312!8i6656!4m5!3m4!1s0x8620a83739ba1491:0x5013ffcd76f33f95!8m2!3d30.0096675!4d-90.0144812!6m1!1e1
(6326 Chef Menteur, New Orleans, LA)

But the back has an interesting detail that I didn't understand in the
beginning. I think it actually means "DozerKorner" (?)
I am curious if the reference is to it needing demolition (Dozer), or
it is a drug-related slang.

I tried to google to see what used to be there, but Google doesn't seem to
know anything about it.

(I don't consider this photo carrying any artistic value, just a snapshot.
... but on another hand, it could belong to a genre of "dirty realism"
or "dark [something]".)

Here is how it looks in color:
