Sure. The tips of the propellors are approaching the speak of sound,  
and as happens with jets when they do a high speed low pass or cut a  
high 'G' sharp turn, the air around them is first compressed, then  
released back to normal atmospheric pressure, causing the moisture in  
the air to be released as a fog.
