Thanks, Jack, that's most informative.

As for voting - I usually vote by the heart - if I like the image, then 
I vote for it. I don't care much about gear and/or rules. But then 
again, I must admit I don't vote for the images all too often and the 
amount of really low quality stuff is significant...
