K-7, shadow compensation and raw file conversion

Yup!  Got similar results.  Except if the Pentax/Silkypix was bad
enough to begin with, the interface of the version that comes with the
K-7 is really a pain.  For a while, I thought - "hey! it looks like
Lightroom..."
