Gaetan B: If your trip is a 10 day whirlwind holiday with lots of going,
going, and more going day and night, you might not have the downtime to use
your laptop for processing & rendering. And if not, I'd leave it home. If,
however, your trip will be fairly leisurely & you'll have time for
processing ,you might want to consider bringing a laptop. You'll definitely
need back-up batteries & your charger, but you'll need to check on adaptor
issues for outlet usage for charge-up. Always have several memory cards.
It's just a good idea.
