Lightroom question (Godfrey?)

Thanks to all who responded to my problem.
I will try and see what solution seems the best for me.

I will let you know what I used.

As usual I notice Godfrey knows about any bits from Lightroom.
Godfrey, were you involved in the coding of it or something? ;)
