PESO:The Missing link

I wasn't complaining, just pointing out that the speed downloading 
directly wasn't much faster than downloading the whole page.  It's a bit 
slower than some other peoples pages, most of the time, and a lot slower 
some of the time.  The Java doesn't seem to slow it down that much.
