are istDS and K10D vf screens interchangable?

MX and LX screens have exactly the same form factor.  The LX screens 
transmit considerably more light.  Putting an LX screen in an MX 
requires at least a 1/3 stop adjustment to the meter, sometimes more.  
The opposite is not true due to the unique characteristics of the LX 
metering system.
