Raw file format?

Hi All,
 I tried a program to convert PEF's to jpegs (I wanted something small 
that would just do a quick batch convert for when I am away).
I have a *STDs. The program did not see the files. so I uninstalled it 
and filled in the feedback. This is the reply I got from them. I am 
confused, I was not aware of any dif in file format between the dif 
Pentax cameras PEF format????


Dear Alan,
Just to clarify: ReaConverter cannot convert PEF files of this 
particular camera. PEFs produced by Pentax *ist D, Pentax Optio S and 
Pentax Optio S4 are supported.
