Last time I fell off I was more upset about the scratches on my bike  
than the big hole in my knee.  So far I've yet to visit A&E but I  
fear it's only a matter of time.

Bob, have some sympathy chocolate.  It works wonders, and when you  
put on weight it'll encourage you to get back on the bike :)
