200/300 now DA*SDM, 35 Macro Ltd, AF200FG Flash

So now the 200 and 300mm becomes DA* with weather sealing and SDM.
Also new: 35mm f/2.8 Macro Limited and AF200FG (no focus assist it seems).

60-250mm had a redesign and a tripod collar is added.
