Today was the celebration of the 100th year of the Madison, Connecticut,
Volunteer Fire Department. I did not know this when I started out to go
to the Post Office. I was then trapped in the center of town until the
parade was over. (This took three hours). I didn't waste the time
however, I had my *ist-Ds and an assortment of lenses in my bag. This
is a detail of an 1890 era steam pumper. I shot a couple hundred
pictures of the parade, covering it as if I was being paid, (thank God
for digital), the only thing I kept wishing was that I had the *ist D
with me as a second body...

The difference between Microsoft and 'Jurassic Park':
In one, a mad businessman makes a lot of money with beasts that should be extinct.
The other is a film.
