*istDS and flash

Thanks for the response.

This brings a few more questions:
1. How would I do what I need with AF540FGZ, specifically, how would
I force it to fire at all times and be controlled by the body?
This must be in the DS' menu... but where?
(Mind, it is not K10[0]D)

2. If I had AF540FGZ, would I have to settle for P-TTL?
If so, - does that mean that it will do a preflash or that can be turned
off?
