Of the three 85mm M42 lenses that Pentax made
with automatic aperture functions, the value
increases from 85mm F1.9 Super-Takumar, to 85mm
F1.9 Super-Multi-Coated Takumar ( which is exactly
the same as the ST version but with SMC
coatings - there is on aperture cam like most
SMCT lenses), and finally the 85mm F1.8
Super multicoated Takumar which is a totally
improved 6 element optical design as well as having
the usual SMCT aperture cam added. In NM condtion, I would
estimate them to be worth approx $175,$225,
and $325 on today's world secondary lens market.

The most valued seems to be the M42 SMC Takumar 85mm F1.8 and not the
