Yup, you have it quite right. Some of those old hunks of junk are  
just beautiful things in and of themselves. After forty plus years, I  
*still* want that Lancia Fulvia Zagato that I first saw when I was  
ten years old... Even if all I did with it was sit in the garage and  
admire it. :-)
