3 New DA* USM lenses

I also would hope that they can work with
"screwdriver" AF but this would be very unusual. I do
not know of any lenses from other manufacturers that
work both ways.

Just because they say the lenses work with *ist series
bodies doesn't mean they work with full functionality
on those bodies... Just that they will work somehow.

On another note, am I the only one disappointed to see
that the 16-50mm and 50-135mm lenses won't be out
until March? I was hoping to see them in December as
the 2006 Lens Roadmap had predicted.
