Adults on bicycles

I use a bike to get to work from the beginning of April to the end of October each year and I never used a helmet (or had an accident) until last year. Then someone reminded me that my head was realy not only mine any more and that I have three kids who at least partially depend on it.
Then I started using a helmet.
