Read the information on how sensitivity is calibrated that was posted
to you on DPReview.com.
And remember that the settings will always be rounded to suit
sensible, familiar numeric values, just like focal lengths are.
The difference between ISO 76 and ISO 80 is insignificant,
photographically.
